Ordering

There are three ways in which you can order.

• You can order online on our website.
• You can request a quote from our website, or email your enquiry direct to sales@fundraising365.co.uk and we will send over a formal quotation.
• You can call us on 0161 653 6695 and we will arrange the order for you.

Artwork

We can accept the following file types:

• Adobe Illustrator (AI)
• PDF
• High Resolution JPGs
• EPS

Delivery

All prices that are shown on this website exclude Postage & Packing costs (unless stated otherwise)

Lead-time depends upon the items selected.

Although we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not have control over delivery once it leaves our premises.

For small lightweight orders we use range of Postal Services (some may require a signature).

Large or bulky orders we use a (Courier – requires a signature).

IF FOR ANY REASON THERE IS A DELAY WE WILL INFORM YOU ASAP.

Returns.

All returned goods must be in an unused state, before returning goods you must first notify us via email: sales@fundraising365.co.uk or via phone: 0161 653 6695

Personalised goods can only be returned if faulty due to either a manufacturing or print fault.
